| In the months of March – July we often export overseas, generally Europe depending on market conditions, these prawns are always green/raw. |
| In the months of November and December, the prawns are sold on the domestic market supplying the Christmas demand. |
| We supply all grades from XXL U/6 ( i.e. 6 prawns to a pound) to your smaller prawn 21/30 (ie 21-30 to a pound). |
